Our team will provide you with weekly meal plans and grocery lists to help you achieve the results that you desire and fuel your body with healthy nutrition. 

Workouts: 

We have a FREE online fitness application that will provide you with at home or gym workouts for the busy person. These workouts will be customized to your level of fitness and are provided by trained fitness and nutrition experts. 

Accountability and Community: 

Getting healthy is always more fun together, so we bring community to the journey! Online and One on one accountability, encouragement and your biggest cheerleaders (thats us) come along with the deal. 

What does it cost to join the challenge?

Non-Member Cost: You must be a VIP Preferred Member to participate. The cost of a Preferred Membership is $42.50 and comes with a TON of additional benefits!
